Which of the beauty box subscriptions is the best to go with?

There seems to be getting quite a lot on the market now but if you are like me, I wouldn’t know which one was best value or which one to choose.
So I decided to look into them and give you a run down of the beauty boxes I found.
Let’s start with Look Fantastic. This one isn’t a subscription so if you decide that you don’t want to continue receiving the beauty box for whatever reason then you can easily opt out. It will set you back £15, one of the more expensive boxes. The contents of the box are a surprise, however you are promised a minimum of 6 items and they are fairly good sizes too, not just samples. With brands such as Tigi, Molton Brown and Nuxe you know you are getting quality too.
Birch Box is the original and one of the best apparently. This one is a subscription service so it will cost you £10 each month. You will receive around 5 items in the box, all of which are a surprise. A lot of the products are samples but there is full size products at times. You may find products from WAH London, Stila, Benefit and O.P.I.
Glossy Box promise you a minimum box value of £33 each month so you know you are getting a good deal! You will find some great high end products in this box such as Ciate, Clarins, Clynol, Hugo Boss, Nails Inc and YSL just to name a few! This box will set you back £10 every month but I think this is one of the best value.
Latest In Beauty is a little different to the rest. There no surprise element here, you can view whats in the box before making the decision to buy. You can even build your own box based on the samples available this month! Brands include Frizz Ease, Benefit, Jimmy Choo and Dove. Latest In Beauty box will cost you £12.95 a month if you choose to buy.
Do you have sensitive skin or are you into products that are chemical free? Then this is the box for you! The products in the Lula box contain no paragons or EDTA and they are not tested on animals. Every box sent out by Love Lula is exactly the same so every subscriber will receive the same items. This box costs you £12.50 a month and if you like any of the products in the box you can buy the full size products on the website.
This box is quite small but the price reflects that at £6.95 a month. Maybe this could be your starter box if you are unsure if a beauty box is for you? Every month you are able to select 2 products from a shortlist along with a few other small surprises. Brands include The Body Shop, Benefit, Too Faced and Dr Organic.
Nail Box is the only beauty box I can find dedicated to nails but if anyone knows of another please let me know! You will receive around 5 items each month, some of them accessories and the rest nail polish. There are only 100 of these boxes available every month so be quick if you want to snap one up! Nail Box will cost you £13.50 a month and will include brands such as O.P.I, Essie and Revlon.
I hope this has helped you decide which beauty box you would like to go with. This is a great way to try new products without having to buy full size products and maybe wasting your money if you don’t like them.
