Do you live in Britain’s vainest area? It may sound absolutely ridiculous but I’ve just read a news report that claims it has worked out which areas in Britain are indeed the most ‘vain’!

Apparently if you live in London, there could be a good chance your home might fall in the category! The Daily Mirror have reported that the London borough of barnet has been crowned the ‘vainest’ place in the UK judging by its beauty salon vs population ratio!

North London has 340 beauty companies registered and operating. That’s 10.8 beauty parlours for every 10,000 people.  That’s a LOT of beauty companies for one small borough!

The Isle of Scilly was apparently the least vain are in the UK and out of all the countries in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland was the least concerned with their appearance.
