There has been a fake mobile phone charger alert released by London Fire Brigade

This is what happens if you use a cheap, fake mobile phone charger…

Most mobile phones come with a charger in the box but when that one breaks we have to go and buy our own replacement. 

Mobile phone chargers can be a tad pricey and if your charger breaks just before pay day, it can be tempting to hunt one down at a bargain price – most of you buy without knowing they are fake. 

This is highly dangerous, as you will see from the photos below.

London Fire Brigade have shared these photos on their Twitter page to make people aware of the dangers of saving a few pound and say you should always buy genuine chargers from the manufacturer.  

We all know I love a bargain and to save money any way I can, however there are some things you shouldn’t scrimp on – mobile phone chargers being one of them as there are far too many fakes flooding the market.
