Kids Can Fly From Newcastle Airport For Free!

We all know how expensive aeroplane tickets can be, even more so if you have children. Well, British Airways are here to help, if you are can fly from Newcastle Airport.

British Airways are offering up to two children (Under 12 years old) to fly for free with every paying adult. The offer only includes certain destinations, such as London Heathrow and Belfast City, which is still great.

This promotion is running from 1st June, until the 31st October. So, you can take a cheap trip in the summer holidays, or even the first half term of the school year.

The promotion is on to fill near empty planes. During the summer, business flights start to become empty, with people taking time off for the summer. So, British Airways came up with this great idea.

The offer applies to one-way and return flights, to places like Newcastle, London, Belfast City, Edinburgh, Inverness, Leeds/Bradford and even Billund airport in Denmark. The reason Billund is such a great place is because it is right next to the original Legoland.

This what the British Airways’ chief commercial officer, Adam Daniels, had to say: “Saving every penny counts when it comes to family holidays so flying kids for free will make it cheaper to fly away for fun and see more of the UK and Europe this summer. The offer also looks set to give UK tourism a boost by encouraging families to visit London, the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland for their holidays.”

The tickets have been available since May 10th and you can book until October 1st. As this is such as a great offer, the ticket may go fast. So, you may want to get your tickets booked now.

If this offer isn’t already amazing, kids also eat free at some restaurants in Terminal 5, at Heathrow airport, get a complimentary ride on Heathrow Express and kids stay free at selected Hilton Hotels.
