Nearly everyone I speak to is planning a health kick for the New Year, myself included.
I bought a treadmill a few months ago and it’s going quite well, even if I do say so myself. I love the fact that I don’t have to leave the house in the freezing cold or worry about what I look like walking into the gym. Instead I get to stick my favourite songs on and do as much or as little as I like. The kids think it’s great too, haha!
