EVERY TalkTalk customer will be offered a free upgrade.
TalkTalk have announced that they will be offering every single one of their customers a FREE upgrade as compensation for their cyber attack which saw thousands of customer details being accessed.
The phone company will be giving a free upgrade to all customers, not just those who have been affected.
If you are a talk talk customer, you will be able to select your upgrade from December 1st.
They will be able to add one of the following to their existing services with the group:
- TV content including movies, kids entertainment and sports;
- A mobile SIM with a monthly allowance of free texts, data and calls;
- Unlimited UK landline and mobile calls;
- A broadband health check by experienced engineers

I’m sick and tired of getting calls from Talk Talk when we are not a customer of theirs. The keep phoning saying about our account. We don’t have an account stop calling my home.
