Fish now being recalled due to the presence of Listeria.

There has been further recalls due to the presence of Listeria in certain smoked salmon products.

Packets of Smoked Scottish Salmon and Smoked Scotch Salmon have both been affected with various weights of 400g, 200g and 100g.

The used by date on these items are 14.03.2016.

Testing indicated the presence of Listeria Monocytogenes in this batch of smoked salmon. This can be extremely dangerous and could potentially lead to food poisoning.

Customers are warned not to consume the food but to instead return to the store where it was bought for a full refund. No receipt needed.
