Has Ryanair turned over a new leaf?

I’ve personally never flown with Ryanair myself, however I know plenty of people who have in the past and have heard some horror stories!

Now it sounds as though the passengers feedback has finally been taken on board as the budget airline has won passengers over with a customer-friendly focus and price slashes!

Ryanair has been trying hard to make its customers happier over the past year including allocating seating and changing its reputation for sneaky fees and it seems to of paid off as they have had a 25% hike in profits.

Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary has said: ‘Our mix of low fares, best on time performance and enhanced customer experience under our new “Always Getting Better” programme, continues to attract millions of new customers.’

The airline plans to ground 40 planes this winter compared to 50 last year and it expects to fill 90 per cent of its seats up from 88 percent last year so it seems as if bad customer service and randomised seating could be a thing of the past!
