Pre-Plan

“I know that to stick to a goal I need structure, and a solid plan is key to keeping me motivated so that I don’t cave.”

“I decided to try the Slender Plan because i’d heard that it was a plan you could tailor to your tastes and goals, so I knew I could choose the flavours and foods that I would look forward to as I’m quite picky, hopefully then i’ll be more likely to stick to it.”

“I can’t wait to get started and am excited to see how my body and fitness level changes over the coming month.”

Update Of Week One 

“It’s the first week of my Slender Plan journey, and first impressions, I was pleasantly surprised to see just how much you get in the box. I always feel like with plans that you’re going to be starving half the time, but it’s really not the case. I chose porridge for my breakfast’s through the week, and I have to say, two days in that they’ve kept me feeling full and satisfied until dinner time. I’m a big chocolate fan too so loved the chocolatey flavour as well.”

“If I do get peckish, i’ve been munching on the chocolate chip Slender Blend Bars which are super tasty but also quite stodgy, so they fill me up and give me energy if i’m off to the gym and having a later tea.”

“I thought i’d find it hard trading in my dinners for meal replacement shakes but they’re actually really tasty and I feel really hydrated. I’m also much more conscious of what i’m eating for my meal on a night as i’ve stuck to the plan throughout the day.”

“It’s the end of the week and I have to say i’m feeling much fresher and less bloated since i’ve started the Slender Plan. I haven’t felt hungry or deprived, and was surprised to find I’ve lost 3.5lbs too! I’m definitely looking forward to my second week on the plan and seeing more benefits!”
