Important Hair Dye Notice

If you have bought this hair dye recently then please read this important safety notice which has been issued.

This hair dye is being recalled from all retailers due to it containing a banned chemical.

The chemical in question is called Sodium Perborate and it can be harmful for unborn children and women’s fertility if inhaled. 

Tesco and Sainsbury’s have removed all hair dye products from the Bigen range, including Bigen, Blasol and JR Beauty.

If you have any of the Bigen Hair Dye products then retailers are urging you to return them to the store where you purchased them for a full refund.

Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both aware of the recall so other retailers will have been made aware too.
