Mamas & Papas pushchair safety warning

Do you have the affected Armadillo Flip and Armadillo Flip XT by Mamas & Papas?

When the baby is parent-facing and is being pushed, in a very small number of cases, the seat can slip backwards. The issue is caused by a loose catch which can be rectified quickly by a Mamas & Papas technician.

There are no reports of any children being injured.

If you have the affected pushchair then head into any Mamas & Papas stores who will immediately return it to the service centre for a full technical inspection and repair if necessary. If you have any questions, please contact Mamas & Papas customer services team on 03332 412154.

Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange  unfortunately, you are only entitled to a repair.
