This is the first time I’ve had a VIP slot and the only thing I have done differently is to have the Next Directory delivered to my home so worth giving it a go for next time.

To be selected for an invitation you must:
1. Have a Next flexible credit account with at least £250 credit available.
2. Have placed and kept an order from the Next Directory this season.
3. Have an up to date email address and be registered to receive sale and promotional emails. (You can amend or update your e-mail address when you sign into your account online.)
4. Have returned less than two thirds of the items you’ve ordered.
VIP SALE Information – Please Read Carefully…
When you’re shopping in our VIP Sale, you’ll be on a completely separate site athttp://www.next.co.uk/vipsale.
This means that you won’t be able to transfer your bag between the two sites, i.e. won’t be able to include non sale items in your VIP shop.
If you wish to shop for other items as well, please ensure you fully complete your sale order, before logging into our regular site http://www.next.co.uk
1. Only invited customers can book a sale slot.
2. Time slots are restricted to one slot per customer but you can update your slot at any time (Subject to Availability). You can change you slot by following the link on the invite email.
3. All slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis and the number of slots are limited. However, you can sign into your VIP slot more than once.
4. You must use http://www.next.co.uk/vipsale ensure you receive the sale prices.
5. No price adjustments will be offered once an order has been completed without using the official VIP Sale link (/vipsale).
6. If you have started shopping and adding to bag, if you leave your shopping bag idle for 20 minutes your bag will be emptied and you will need to start again.
7. All sale items are subject to availability.
8. Delivery to home for VIP sale items will be within 7-10 days. Subject to availability.
9. If you have an alternative delivery address set as default, you may be required to pay for your VIP sale order in full. To add your VIP sale order to your next account, please switch your default delivery address to your billing address through My Account, before you sign-in and place your VIP Order.
10. The VIP sale offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including free delivery.
11. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order.
12. The VIP Sale is very popular and you have been sent an invitation before other Next customers. In the interests of fairness, if you book a VIP Shopping slot and do not use it, this will affect your eligibility for any priority VIP Sale invitations in the future.
13. If you have registered for a time slot but not yet received a confirmation please check the email address registered to your NEXT account and any filters as the confirmation may have been delivered directly into your Junk / Spam mailbox.
