It’s safe to say the majority of us on Saturday were wowed by the new Duchess of Sussex’s wedding outifit, and I think we can all agree that her beauty look was just as stunning, and if you’re a nail lover like us, you’ll have probably noticed the gorgeous varnish on Meghan’s nails too.

The nation was totally enamoured by the blushing bride that was Meghan Markle on her royal wedding day on Saturday, and as the Duchess of Sussex stepped out of her wedding car, we couldn’t stop talking about THAT dress, her stunning tiara, and flowing veil.

The dewey skinned, natural faced bride left eagle eyed fans also wondering what her beauty secrets were as she flashed her perfectly polished, pink manicure.

The dreamy baby pink tone is said to be the favourite of the Queen, and Meghan chose it to adorn her fingers as she married Prince Harry at the weekend.

The nail polish is by famous brand Essie and the tone is called ‘Ballet Slippers’.

The shade which is perfectly described by its name, is a super pretty blush pink which pairs well with any look, and is much loved by other brides too.

There is of course protocol when it comes to royals nails, and the royal family are reportedly expected to wear theirs neat, clean, and groomed at all times. So it turns out that a natural look nail polish was perfect for Meghan.

Its subtle pink tone is perfect for daily wear too, as Meghan proved when she wore a VERY similar shade to Ballet Slippers for her engagement announcement, though the shade remains a mystery.

One of the best things about Meghan is that she’s super relatable, and so when it comes to her nail polish, there’s thankfully no royal price tags here!

The varnish costs just £7.99, so we can all steal Meghan’s (and the Queen’s) royal manicure, without burning a hole in our pockets.
