You probably all know by now I am a HUGE Toys R Us fan, they’re one of the only toy stores in the UK that don’t put their prices up just before a sale, offer or event so you know you’re getting quality toys at a great price,

They also have their layaway scheme which I have been shouting about for years. Simply select what you would like and pay for it over a 3 month period – this is a great way to spread the cost of birthdays and Christmas. You can see more about their layaway scheme here…

Now Toys R Us have released their must-have Christmas toys that they think will be hot this year so if you’re looking for some inspiration then keep reading…

Some of the country’s most popular toys are expected to be snapped up by parents and their families over the next 14 weeks with sales peaking as the Toys “R” Us Christmas catalogue is launched in November. LEGO, Nerf, Shopkins and Num Noms have all been listed, along with pre-school favourites Thomas the Tank and Paw Patrol.

The most popular movie character this Christmas is expected to be Hug Time Poppy Doll from the movie Trolls but the Minions have shown up in the list with their version of Pie Face which proved to be a massive You Tube phenomenon last year.

Chip Robot Dog – Chip can be trained to your voice or to an app. He can play ‘fetch’ with his ball and will be the perfect companion for any child this Christmas.

Furby Connect – I remember having a Furby when I was younger but these ones are top of the range model with its light-up antenna and interactive app.

Lego Friends Party Shop – All boys and girls like Lego, their imagination can take them anywhere and they will love this new addition to the Lego range. Plus it is a Toys R Us exclusive so you won’t find it anywhere else.

LEGO Ninjago Samurai X Cave Chaos – Have a little wanna-be ninja in your family? They will love this! Again, this is a Toys R Us exclusive so you won’t find it anywhere else.

Minions Pie Face – Minion fever has now taken over last years top selling gift, Pie Face. I don’t have an image for this just yet but Toys R Us will be selling it soon.

Nerf Tri-Stirke – My child love Nerf guns, last year our home turned into a Nerf battle field on Christmas day.

Nom Noms glossy lipgloss truck – Make your own flavoured lipgloss! Even I love the idea of this, think I will have to treat my daughter…

Paw Patrol Air Patroller – Fly to the rescue with the Air patroller which has working lights and wheels.

Selfie Mic – Create your own music video with this great new Selfie Mic.

Shopkins Shoppies Smoothie Truck – Shopkins are super cute, fun, small characters that live in a big shopping world! My daughter is crazy about these.

Toys R Us Unicorn – I have already posted this a few times on my Facebook page. It seems the world has gone Unicorn crazy lately (me included!) and I’m not even sure where it come from?! Toys R Us have a giant Unicorn that would make any child smile.
