At any time you can contact us to arrange a collection and refund if you are not entirely happy with the mattress. Your refund will be processed once the mattress is collected by our courier partner. Collections are free of charge for customers within the UK, and for customers outside the UK it is your responsibility to arrange the return at your own cost.
