If you sign up with my Waitrose for free, they will offer you a free tea or coffee each week! They also offer lots of other great deals and competitions. The great thing is you can go in store and buy a paper or something of low value and get a drink for free, each week!! As long as you swipe your card, you can get the drink to go. If you choose to drink in the cafe, they do require you to purchase a pastry or something to go with it.
