Which University Degree Is Worth The Most Money?

If you are considering going to university, or maybe just curious to know how much you can actually earn after completing a degree, then have a look at the top money making degree subjects.

Getting a degree is a great idea, however, we all know they don’t come cheap to anyone. Especially now ALL grants have been scrapped by the government. So here’s what students need to be taking up in order to be some of the countries highest average earners.

Accountancy & Finance – £42,404

Law – £42,000

Computer Science – £41,144

Mathematics & Statistics – £39,000

Chemistry & Natural Sciences – £38,000

Engineering – £37,000

Lots of the degrees in the list that are considered to be some of the highest earners, require students to be passionate and enthusiastic about numbers or technology.

Research conducted by job search engine Adzuna.co.uk found that job seekers who didn’t have a degree could expect to earn £12,000 a year less than those who did have one.

However, if you didn’t get into uni then don’t panic. These career paths are some of the best-paying jobs and don’t require a degree.
