We are getting a few questions through about the competition so I have answered them all below…
How do I enter?
Simply text the word WIN plus your answer to the question below (A,B or C) to 87474.
”Where does Santa Claus live?”
A. France
B. The North Pole
C. Wigan
How much does it cost to enter?
Each entry costs £1.50 plus your standard network rate for sending a text, and if you enter twice then you will get a 3rd entry free.
You are NOT charged for your entry until you receive the confirmation reply to your entry.
I haven’t had a confirmation reply.
Make sure you entry is written our correctly. It should simply say WIN and then your answer A, B, or C.
Don’t put commas in there, don’t write your address, don’t include your name – include nothing else or your entry won’t go through.
Remember, you WON’T be charged unless you get a confirmation text.
Can I just comment the answer and bundle on your Facebook post to be in with a chance of winning?
Not this time. We run many free competitions through the year but this is our ultimate competition which must be answered via text only.
How will you choose the winner?
The winner is selected randomly by a computer from all the entries we receive – we have no idea who has won until we call them so everyone has the same chance of winning.
How will you contact the winner?
The winner will be contacted by telephone once the draw has closed.
I will call the winner personally to inform them they have won, this will also be recorded so we can use it for promotion.
If the winner doesn’t answer then I will keep trying to call for 48 hours before we draw another winner.
Do I have to collect the prizes if I win?
No, I will bring them to you. Once I have called you as the winner then I will call you back a little later on to arrange a time that is best for you to deliver the prizes. You may need to get a babysitter for the kids for an hour or 4 though while you try and hide all of these presents!
